As juntas brasadas n\u00e3o atendem a essas premissas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Estrutura n\u00e3o homog\u00eanea<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Difere de cada metal base tanto qu\u00edmica quanto mecanicamente. A varia\u00e7\u00e3o das propriedades em escala microm\u00e9trica surge devido \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de compostos intermet\u00e1licos, dilui\u00e7\u00e3o e gradientes microestruturais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Restri\u00e7\u00f5es geom\u00e9tricas extremas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Como sabemos, a espessura da camada de brasagem \u00e9 normalmente inferior a 100 \u03bcm, enquanto a largura da junta pode ser de v\u00e1rios mil\u00edmetros. Essa alta rela\u00e7\u00e3o de aspecto suprime o fluxo pl\u00e1stico e cria estados de tens\u00e3o triaxial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Diferentes mecanismos de falha<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Em cisalhamento por sobreposi\u00e7\u00e3o, a junta comporta-se de maneira d\u00factil e pode ceder antes da fratura. Variabilidades de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, defeitos de brasagem, tens\u00f5es residuais e limita\u00e7\u00f5es de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o contribuem para diminuir a capacidade de carga real.
