A transfer\u00eancia eficiente de calor torna-se poss\u00edvel quando organizamos os materiais e projetamos dispositivos de forma a permitir ou aprimorar esse fluxo de calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os trocadores de calor s\u00e3o dispositivos que permitem a transfer\u00eancia controlada de calor entre dois fluidos a temperaturas diferentes. Eles utilizam superf\u00edcies condutoras de calor para transferir calor de um meio mais quente para um meio mais frio. Isso ocorre sem que os fluidos se misturem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os trocadores de calor de placas s\u00e3o um tipo muito comum de trocador de calor e, sem d\u00favida, a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o mais relevante da tecnologia de brasagem. As aplica\u00e7\u00f5es variam de autom\u00f3veis e equipamentos de climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o a tecnologias de energia e acess\u00f3rios para \u00e1gua pot\u00e1vel. Cada placa possui ondula\u00e7\u00f5es ou chevrons que criam um caminho de fluxo serpentino quando empilhadas. Os fluidos quente e frio s\u00e3o ent\u00e3o direcionados por caminhos de fluxo paralelos, separados apenas pelas paredes finas das placas, proporcionando uma transfer\u00eancia de calor altamente eficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do ponto de vista da fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, esse material laminado possui as propriedades de um &quot;livro de metal&quot;. As placas representam as p\u00e1ginas, e as \u00e1reas soldadas representam o adesivo invis\u00edvel, por\u00e9m muito forte, que mant\u00e9m todas as p\u00e1ginas unidas para formar um bloco s\u00f3lido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sem a brasagem, seria imposs\u00edvel manter a integridade estrutural em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de funcionamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Escolha de materiais&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A escolha dos materiais para trocadores de calor de placas brasadas varia bastante de acordo com o ambiente de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aplica\u00e7\u00f5es para trocadores de calor de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aplica\u00e7\u00f5es: Instala\u00e7\u00f5es hidr\u00e1ulicas civis, tecnologia de alimentos, engenharia qu\u00edmica. Os a\u00e7os inoxid\u00e1veis austen\u00edticos, como o 1.4401 (AISI 316) ou o 1.4301 (AISI 304), s\u00e3o os mais comuns. Chapas de alum\u00ednio brasado, feitas com n\u00facleos de liga AA3003 revestidos com camadas de enchimento de Al-Si, s\u00e3o amplamente utilizadas. Dois processos ocorrem simultaneamente nesta etapa consolidada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Brasagem pura:<\/strong> Fundir um metal de adi\u00e7\u00e3o (normalmente ligas \u00e0 base de n\u00edquel ou cobre) para formar soldas capilares entre placas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recozimento de solubiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel:<\/strong> O aquecimento do a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel a temperaturas t\u00edpicas de brasagem (1050\u20131150 \u00b0C), que est\u00e3o bem acima da faixa de recozimento de solubiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, permite a dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos carbonetos de cromo formados durante o aquecimento, restaurando assim a resist\u00eancia total \u00e0 corros\u00e3o do material ap\u00f3s o resfriamento r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benef\u00edcios da brasagem a v\u00e1cuo de trocadores de calor de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Superf\u00edcies sem fluxo e isentas de \u00f3xido\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juntas visivelmente limpas, adequadas para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es em \u00e1gua pot\u00e1vel e alimentos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e1xima resist\u00eancia das juntas e resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A tecnologia de fornos industriais para trocadores de calor de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel concentra-se na uniformidade est\u00e1vel da temperatura e na gera\u00e7\u00e3o\/consumo preciso de atmosfera. Ela envolve:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comece com placas de n\u00facleo de alum\u00ednio com uma camada de enchimento de Al-Si j\u00e1 aplicada em sua superf\u00edcie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquecimento do conjunto a aproximadamente 600 \u00b0C em um forno preenchido com g\u00e1s nitrog\u00eanio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fus\u00e3o e escoamento da camada de revestimento para formar juntas brasadas, enquanto o material do n\u00facleo permanece s\u00f3lido.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As vantagens do CAB incluem:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alto rendimento de produ\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juntas consistentemente repet\u00edveis\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adequado para configura\u00e7\u00f5es de fornos de esteira cont\u00ednua.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>O desafio com o CAB \u00e9 manter uma temperatura uniforme em todo o n\u00facleo do trocador de calor de placas. Eles proporcionam alta resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica, boa resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o e excelentes propriedades de molhagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ligas \u00e0 base de cobre (s\u00e9rie BCu):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esses materiais s\u00e3o utilizados em certos trocadores de calor industriais, mas s\u00e3o menos recomendados para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es em \u00e1gua pot\u00e1vel devido ao risco de corros\u00e3o e lixivia\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00edons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ligas de enchimento Al-Si:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essas camadas s\u00e3o integradas como revestimento em chapas de alum\u00ednio para brasagem em placas CAB (Brasagem Assistida por Computador).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e9todos de pr\u00e9-coloca\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para garantir uma distribui\u00e7\u00e3o uniforme de metais de enchimento nas grandes superf\u00edcies de chapas onduladas, s\u00e3o empregados os seguintes m\u00e9todos avan\u00e7ados:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Folhas amorfas (BNi-5b \/ MBF-51):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Folhas met\u00e1licas finas s\u00e3o colocadas entre as placas, permitindo a montagem automatizada e proporcionando juntas limpas e sem res\u00edduos. A espessura uniforme dessas folhas garante folgas consistentes nas juntas e uma qualidade de brasagem adequada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serigrafia:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pasta de p\u00f3 met\u00e1lico de enchimento \u00e9 impressa nas superf\u00edcies das placas usando uma malha.
